Schedule An Email To Be Sent Later In Outllook For Mac



Mailbutler’s Send Later feature allows you to write an email and schedule it to be delivered at a later date and time.

Note: The Send Later Feature should not be used to create email blasts or campaigns. Scheduling large batches of emails (more than 100) can result in a failure to send. This limit is due to most users’ servers, not because of Mailbutler.

How to Schedule Emails on Mac. To get started, download Spark on your Mac and set it up using your existing email account; Now, you need to create a new email and then select the recipient, subject, and write the message. Compatibility Mode

Email accounts where scheduling fail can be set to run in Compatibility Mode. If enabled, emails are scheduled locally. Please note that for this work Mail must be kept open on the Mac the email was scheduled from.

Send Later for Gmail

1. Open Gmail.

2. Start composing your email.

3. After composing your message, click on the Send Later button to schedule your email.

Send Later for the Mobile App

Download the Mobile App in either the App Store or Google Play Store.Click here to compose a new email.

How does Send Later work?

Mailbutler moves the email to the Scheduled Emails folder on the user's email server. The email will stay there until the scheduled time. We don’t save the email on our server nor do we send it from there.

There are times, though, when it makes sense to ensure your email arrives at a scheduled time. You might write a work-related email late at night but not want it to appear in the recipient's inbox until the start of the work day, for example.

How to schedule an email in Microsoft Outlook for PC

1. Open Outlook and create a new email message as you ordinarily would — but don't send it.

2. At the top of the email message window, click 'Options' to switch to the Options ribbon.

3. In the ribbon, click 'Delay Delivery.'

4. Make sure there's a checkbox next to 'Do not deliver before' and specify the date and time that you want the email to be sent. When you're done, click 'Close.'
