Check if the CDT file is not infected - When the file CDT is infected with a virus or malware, it probably will not be able to be opened correctly. In this case, scan the CDT file and take the actions recommended by the antivirus program installed on the system. Most often it is disinfection or deletion of an infected file. CDT files are created by the HierarchicalClustering module. This is a format defined at Stanford for their Hierarchical Clustering program. The CDT (clustered data table) file contains the original data, but reordered, to reflect the clustering. An additional column and/or row is added if clustering is performed on genes and/or arrays.

In the event an in-person workshop needs to transition to a virtual setting, the date and time will remain the same. A CDOCS representative will contact you with additional details on attending and be able to answer any of your questions.
If you attend a virtual workshop, you will also be able to attend that same workshop in person for up to one year from your attendance at no additional charge.
